What materials are Jacoje products made of?
All Jacoje jewelry is crafted from high-quality precious metals, specializing in solid 14K and 18K gold. We do not sell plated or gold-filled items.
How long does shipping take?
Orders for in-stock items typically ship within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary by location, but domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days once dispatched.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
Yes, we provide a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or loss.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom orders and items that have been altered are final sale.
Are your diamonds ethically sourced?
Absolutely. All diamonds used in our pieces are conflict-free and sourced from reputable suppliers who adhere to the Kimberley Process.
